MIXING CHAMBER
Mixing Chamber Shield
There is a radiation shield screwed on the upper part of the mixing chamber to prevent parasitic heating of the copper-stage based on thermal radiation emitted by the still shield (700mK). Two coils made of copper wire are mounted on the mixing chamber shield at the level of experimental platform of the first and of the second nuclear stage. But until now their meaning is not clear.
- Rcoil=2.96k at RT
- Connected to heat sink D (15/16).
